Polycom's SoundStation 2 Avaya 2490 is an easy to install and use conferencing unit designed specifically for use with Avaya DEFINITY PBXs. The Soundstation EX Avaya 2490 can connect directly into a DEFINITY ECS digital wall jack, and resists interference from mobile phones and other wireless devices to deliver clear communications with no distractions.

The SoundStation 2 Avaya 2490 also provides 2 EX jacks, allowing for the attachment of Polycom SoundStation 2 EX Mics - 2 extendable microphones that provide greater room coverage for larger rooms.

Up to six locations can be connected with the SoundStation 2 EX Avaya 2490 without using a conference bridging service.
